We believe that our clients should call on us to care for their technology because they know we do a great job at a fair price, not because we hold the secrets or are ‘the only ones who know what’s going on…’ That’s why we document what we do and go so far as to provide you with “The Book” of documentation of your systems.

If we got abducted by aliens, we want you to be able to call any competent technical practitioner to help you. Having your system well documented assures you that this is possible. More often than not you will find little or no documentation to work with resulting in clients being held hostage to a technical services firm.

We don’t believe in that.
